Bob Gambino

"Not every story is mine. But every story belongs to someone"

Bob Gambino is a Rock & Alternative artist, songwriter, and studio engineer from Tampa, Florida. His music is built around the stories and experiences that connect us all — the struggles, victories, relationships, setbacks, and defining moments that are simply part of being human.

Music has been part of Bob's life for as long as he can remember. Over the years he performed and collaborated with some of Tampa's most respected acts — including Avatar, White Witch, Nasty Savage, and Lefty — honing his craft on stages across the country. At one point, family and career took priority, but music never really went away.

When he returned to writing and recording, Bob brought a different perspective. Rather than simply writing songs, he wanted to tell stories — stories that listeners could recognize themselves in. Working hard and wondering if it's enough. Watching the years move faster than expected. Losing someone. Loving someone. Making mistakes. Starting over. Getting knocked down and finding a reason to stand back up.

That philosophy is at the heart of everything Bob Gambino creates. Some songs are serious. Some are reflective. Some might make you laugh. Others may hit a little closer to home than expected. But they all begin with the same idea: tell a story people can feel. Because a great song doesn't have to tell your story — sometimes it just has to remind you of it.

The Story

01

The Beginning

Finding the Voice

Music found Bob before Bob found music. Raised on classic rock and hard lessons, he picked up a guitar as a teenager not because it was cool, but because it was the only thing that made sense. The first songs were rough — all feeling, no polish. That rawness never left.

02

The Struggle

Earning Every Note

The road wasn't easy. Years of playing Tampa venues and stages across the country alongside acts like Avatar, White Witch, Nasty Savage, and Lefty — writing songs, working day jobs, and earning every note the hard way. Every setback became material. Every closed door became a lyric.

03

The Return

Stories Worth Telling

Long before Blood & Bone, Bob Gambino performed original music in local clubs, including 'Beneath the Damage,' a song that became a favorite among the audiences who heard it live. Although never professionally released, the song remained an important part of his musical journey.

Years later, Bob returned to 'Beneath the Damage,' reimagining it with a powerful modern rock sound while preserving the emotion and storytelling that made it special.

Now planned for his future third album, the song represents a connection between Bob's musical past and present — and a reminder that some songs are simply too meaningful to leave behind.

Today

Still Standing

With the release of his debut album Blood & Bone in September 2026, Bob Gambino introduced listeners to a collection of powerful rock songs exploring life's struggles, difficult choices, resilience, and the determination to move forward.

Now, with new singles leading toward his second album, Still Standing, Bob continues building a catalog of music driven by meaningful storytelling, powerful vocals, and the belief that every life has a story worth telling.

What the Music Stands For

Authenticity

No filters. No pretense. Every song is exactly what it is — honest, raw, and real.

Resilience

The music is for people who've been knocked down and got back up. It's proof that survival is possible.

Connection

A song that makes you feel less alone is worth more than a thousand perfect productions.

Hear the Story

The music says it better than words ever could.
